Concierge8 · Concierge Aid
The stay begins
before the guest arrives.
My Stay: your guest’s own page, curated by your desk for their dates. They plan with you weeks ahead; you prepare the stay instead of improvising it.
Developed in Copenhagen and already in use at five-star hotels, with more joining soon.
Why we built it
Guests book months ahead.
They ask us on the day.
Or they do not ask us at all. They plan on a review site, book through a portal and pay more than the service costs. They arrive with a list we would never have chosen for them, or with no list and one evening left to fill. We built Concierge8 so the guest comes to the desk first, while there is still time.
What changed at our desk
We used to hear from three guests in a hundred.
Now we hear from forty-one.

With Concierge8
More than half of our guests open My Stay before they travel, and most of those who open it ask us for something — while there is still time to get it right. The desk hears from them over several weeks, instead of all at once at check-in.
Capture rate is the share of reservations where the guest asked the desk for something before they arrived. These figures are from one five-star hotel in Copenhagen, over [Q2+Q3 2026] and [8150] reservations.
Who is behind it
Built at the desk,
by people who work it.
Concierge8 was made by senior hotel concierges with decades at the desk, together with engineers who built products at Tesla, Apple, Intel and Sony. It is not an AI concierge. People do the work; this is how guests and concierges reach each other without the phone and the inbox.
In use
Every day at the desk, on real arrivals rather than sample data.
Your PMS
Connections to Opera Cloud and Mews are planned for late 2026.
See it
We would rather show you than describe it.
Put in the code we gave you and the whole thing opens, with a desk and guests to try it on.
Your access code
It opens Concierge8 itself, not a tour of it. Ask us for one if you were not given one.
